The latest accolade for TBWA follows the announcement that they had been named Global Agency of the Year by Adweek.
Cusson will lead the agency's design practice and will act as the Artistic Director of the internal content production arm, Bolt Content.
The "And-Onesie" is Miles' latest of the campaign.
With its first formal leadership appointment now in place, the agency aims to continue to grow its content offering in 2019.
